  • Remote Locations: Delivery may take 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
  • Any applicable shipping offers or free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Inog Corp is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product. We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
